How to Use This Horse Dosing Gun Correctly

To use a horse dosing gun, draw the correct liquid dose into the barrel, insert the nozzle gently into and along the side of the horse’s mouth, angle the nozzle twoard the back of the toung and depress the handle steadily to deliver the full amount. Proper technique ensures accurate dosing and reduces the risk of spillage or incomplete delivery.

Step-by-Step Dosing Process:

  1. Squeeze the spring-loaded trigger
  2. Insert nozzle into liqid ingredients
  3. Release trigger until dosage fills the chamber to desired amount
  4. Insert the nozzle gently into mouth and along the inside of the horse’s cheek
  5. Angle the nozzle twoard the back of the toung
  6. Squeeze the trigger to administer the dose

Cleaning:

  1. Do not take the dosing gun apart
  2. Insert probe nozzle into clean water
  3. Release trigger until water fills the chamber
  4. Squirt the water out onto the ground
  5. Repeat as needed
  6. Suck enough oil into the gun to coat the rubber seal before storage
